What is your running level

“Do I need to be fit already?”
No. We’ll start at a level that’s safe and achievable. You just need to be able to walk briskly and be willing to build from there.

“Is it really free?”
Yes. I coach people 1:1 and in groups, but this run group is free to help more people get moving and to build a community.

“What if I’m too slow?”
You’re not. We’ll use loops and regroup points so nobody gets left behind.

“Can I bring a friend?”
Yes – just ask them to sign up on this page so I have their details too.
