“Will I be out of control or ‘under your power’?”


No. You’re fully in control the whole time. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state – a bit like being absorbed in a film. You can talk, move and remember everything.

“What if I can’t be hypnotised?”


Most people can. If you can follow simple instructions and use your imagination, you can experience hypnosis. Your mind does the work – I just guide you.

“How quickly will I see results?”


Everyone’s different. Some people notice changes after the first session; for others it builds over several weeks. I usually recommend at least 4–8 sessions for weight-related habits.

“Is this a replacement for medical advice?”


No. Hypnotherapy supports healthy lifestyle changes – it doesn’t replace medical care. If you have any health conditions, always speak to your GP.

“Do you work online?”


Yes. Sessions are available via Zoom, so you can work with me from anywhere.
